Reduce anxiety and learn how to keep a positive and meaningful attitude during stressful times. Each one hour class will begin with guided breathing meditation and conclude with a question and answer session. For more information, email Gen Kelsang Jindak at rt@meditationinorlando.org. Classes will not be held 6/8/2022 and 6/15/2022. Participants age 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
