Intro to Tai Chi & QiGong
This six-week course is perfect if you're a beginner wanting to find out what Tai Chi is all about, or a seasoned student who wants to keep up with your practices. Each class will also include breathing techniques, QiGong, Flow, and brief meditation.
Classes will be held each Thursday from April 6th to May 11 from 6:30-7:30 PM in Room 5 located at the South Entrance.
