Age older than or equal to 14.00 and younger than or equal to 150.00. The date used for calculating the age is Item Begin Date.

Beginners Tai Chi & QiGong

This six-week course is perfect if you're a beginner wanting to find out what Tai Chi is all about, or a seasoned student who wants to keep up with your practices. Each class will begin with a series of full body warm-ups before proceeding to the low-impact Tai Chi Instruction. Classes also include QiGong.

Classes will be held each Thursday from February 22nd to March 28th from 5:30-6:30 PM in Room 2 located at the South Entrance.
