Age older than or equal to 14.00 and younger than or equal to 150.00. The date used for calculating the age is Item Begin Date.

Advanced Tai Chi

Must have taken intermediate Tai Chi with Sonya. Each class will begin with a series of full body warm-ups before proceeding to the low-impact Tai Chi Instruction. Classes also include QiGong.

Classes will be held each Thursday from February 22nd to March 28th from 6:30-7:30 PM in Room 2 located at the South Entrance.
