The Zumba Gold program is designed for active adults 55 years and older. This program provides a fun workout that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility for a full-body workout. Punch cards are available for your class. Please see your instructor, and provide them with a receipt for proof of payment, to receive your punch card on the first day of class.
